There are 4 units in the Suites Building. They are all decorated similarly, Walnut laminate flooring in the dining room and kitchen, new carpet in the living room and bedroom. They are painted in Pottery Barn palette colors, with white trim, and Birch accents. They have a private balcony, fully outfitted & remodeled kitchens, new bathrooms, lots of closet space, and Cable TV. Lots of easterly facing windows provide excellent sunrise views and views of passing freighters, boats and the Drummond Island Ferry. We offer discounts to rent a entire floor, you can close the hallway doors create nice 2 bedroom unit with a very large living area.
