Vacation Property Rental Terms
A 6% Michigan sales/use tax will be added to all rates.
Reservations throughout the year and especially in the peak months (summer & winter) are recommended. Reservations require the $100 deposit or a Credit Card number to hold the confirmation. The deposit is refundable with cancellation notice of 15 days, the deposit is charged/forfeited if less than 15 days cancellation notice is provided. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Personal Check, Money Order, Travelers Check or Cash for payments. All reservations in July and August require 3 night minimum stay.
